- Requirement : Should be from Service/ Hospitality Industry & through with Operations/ Finance/Ancillary Function.
- Experience : Min 3-4 yrs experiences as F&B Manager / Asst F&B Manager of reputed 5 or 4 Star Hotel or an Area / Territory Head of reputed chain of restaurants. Overall Experience of 8-10 years.
Facilities Planner (2 nos) Corporate Office, Mumbai
- Requirement : Should be form Hospitality background with experience in involvement of project conceptualization & implementation of a branded 5 star hotel and plus involved in kitchen planning / layout/ service/ designing of all critical services with internal/ outsourced agencies, specifications of all critical equipments & match the deliver schedules. He should be a team leader negotiator, match deadlines & overall monitor of projects.
- Qualification : Should be a B.E. (Civil) or B.E. (Mechanical).
- Experience : 8 – 10 years.
City Head – Operations (2 nos) Mumbai/ Bangalore
- Requirement : Have thorough knowledge of various types/ styles of fine dining restaurants / cuisines. Should have understanding of Financial/ Cost Controls/ Hard Core operations/ Well conversant with System implementation.
- Qualification : Hotel Management Graduate form recognized institute. Should be at least an F & B Manager/ Banquet Manager with a leading 5 star property.
- Experience : 10 – 15 years.
